We will introduce a case where the automation tool 'xoBlos' specialized in Excel operations was utilized to automate everything from managing and creating budget and actual data to the bulk creation of presentation materials for reporting meetings. Before implementation, sales performance data sent as email attachments from each of the 11 locations was compiled by the headquarters' Management Control Department into an Excel file for aggregation, which was then forwarded to the accounting department. The accounting department would complete the registration and verification of additional data before returning it to the Management Control Department, which then created reports based on the aggregated Excel data. After implementation, sales performance data from the 11 locations and additional data from accounting were uploaded to our product, allowing the Management Control Department to execute the process, resulting in the automatic generation of both the aggregation Excel and the report Excel, eliminating errors during aggregation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
